DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is refunded via EFT once all linen is returned and deemed un damaged. Direct deposit details will be on your quote.
IS THERE A MINIMUM-ORDER REQUIREMENT?
We have a minimum order of $50 for delivery/courier but no minimum for pick up

Yes we can deliver to the South Coast, Southern Highlands or Sydney and there will be a charge. Orders elsewhere are couriered

WHAT HAPPENS IF LINENS ARE MISSING AFTER MY EVENT?
Your will be charged full replacement costs which will be stated on your invoice
WHAT HAPPENS IF LINENS ARE DAMAGED?
If your linen is deemed 'un-rentable' you will be charged full replacement costs which will be on your invoice
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AT ANY TIME?
Your can cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your event
WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT?
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs with 14 days of your event
